We begin with an in-depth conversation to learn about your current home and transition home staging needs.
Occupied Homes: This 2-hour in-home consultation entails walking through your home room-by-room where I identify opportunities to edit the home in preparation for the upcoming listing. This results in a customized staging report to guide you to stage it yourself and/or prepare the home for me to professionally stage your home staging.
Vacant Homes: I take pictures and measurements of the home in preparation for the staging plan.
Occupied: The hard work begins where you begin to tackle the home staging preparation to-do list and we stage the home so that it provides the best first impression to potential buyers.
Vacant & Occupied: We hand-pick and install all furniture, artwork, and/or accessories to enhance buyer's first impressions of the home.
After the home is staged, professional pictures are taken for listing your home on the MLS
Realtor lists the home and works with you on showing your home.
Once an offer is accepted and all clearances are approved, we destage the home.
Home staging is about marketing the home and giving the best 1st impression for potential buyers. It is different than designing for you to live, in which the design needs to match your functional needs and desired aesthetic.
