Steps to how we work

Step 1: Complete the Questionnaire

This critical first step will help us to understand your style, shopping preferences, budget, and timeframe. Completing the questionnaire should take 5-10 minutes and is very important to helping us understand your vision. You will NOT be asked for any personal information.

Step 2 Discuss Your Vision

We will meet you virtually or face-to-face to discuss your vision based on how you responded to the questionnaire. This meeting typically takes 30-60 minutes and gives us the opportunity to dive deeper into your interests. Based on this discussion our expert designers will begin to virtually design your space.

Step 3 Review the Room Design Concept Board

This is where you will see your vision come to life! You will receive a link to the design concept board in your inbox! The design concept board will feature images of professionally selected furniture and accessories based on your vision.

Step 4 Approve the Design

During this step it is time to put your decision-making hat on. You will have the ability to electronically approve or reject items and leave feedback. This step may involve a few iterations before you approve the final design.

Step 5 Enjoy the Reveal

It's time for our cocktail or mocktail party!!! Our team will install your furniture and style the space according to the approved design and enjoy a toast with you to celebrate your new space. For those outside our areas we can also ship items to your door and work with you virtually as you style it yourself or a white glove service that we partner with.
